Today, we had a guest speaker who talked to us about Networking and Communication. She was part of an organization that helps Highschoolers to find their passions and help them estalish a contact base.

Today, we made a redesign of our device from the trash truck idea to an aircraft carrier type design. This new design will propell the cup along a track which is pulled by springs. This will allow this device to be the quickest device idea.

Today, we worked on the design for the new device. This design will be the most simple and the quickest, but it will be the most dangerous as the force incorperated in our device is a severe ammount.

Today, we worked out some team details involving manpower and the potential elimination of an idea. We found a solution so that no idea is elimintaed and the manpower is balanced.

Today, Mr. Wilton came and we talked about the designs we have. The only concern that I have is that Connor and I's idea is to similar to the Kevin arm and Sams cart.

Today, we talked about websites and the quarter grades. I need to fix some issues since I was only able to update my website recently.

Today, we were given permition go ho inyo high gear with the JPL Invention challenge as the regular class is working on the arch bridge challenge. 9/29/2016
Today, our CAD was deleted and I needed to make a last minute model from scratch so we had something to show for Mr. Wilton on Friday.

Today, we had a visit from Mr. Wilton. Connor and I also made a design change to our device to make it more effeciant than it was before.

I got back from a weekend of shooting automatics in Arizona for my birthday. It was definately a humanizing experience in how complex some of these machines are and the harm they can cause, both for good and bad.

Today, we figured out the parts list for our design so we can figure out when we are going to get the parts we need.

Today is my 18'th birthday. I also was awarded a national award in JROTC for completing my Eagle Scout. For JPL, we began to cut and mill out some of the parts that we will need for our device.

Today, Alvin and I made a trip at lunch to get the wood that we need for our frame and our pullies. This allowed us to begin cutting out our frame and other smaller parts. Connor also began looking into the motor that we need for our device.
